At the Pain and Wellness Center we combine established and interventional pain management methods with alternative treatments. We are one of the first facilities in the country to adopt this ‘Integrative Pain Therapy’ approach. We merge the most technically advanced medical treatments with treatments that have been practiced for thousands of years in Eastern medicine with our multidisciplinary team of pain specialists.

Our team is dedicated to working closely with each of our patients to eliminate pain and help those who visit the Pain and Wellness Center on their individualized path to wellness. All of our treatments are administered in Peabody, Massachusetts at our state-of-the-art facility. We help our patients with their pain as they relax and rehabilitate in our tranquil and caring environment.

I finally found relief from my back pain with Scott Braje at The Pain & Wellness Center after over a year of treatment from other physical therapists. Scott will take the time to diagnose your problem, has the knowlege to provide the treatment that will address it, & the patience to offer the solution for it to eventually go away!

I have been a patient of Dr Vaisman since 1999 . He has been able to help me get back to work after 3 months.I have also been treated by Karen and Leslie for many years and they are great as well . All staff is pleasant and knowledgable .When you have injection with sedation you are finished on a very timely basis and the staff is very experienced .My husband also has been a patient for many years and he is also very satisfied.We love Dr.Vaisman he is the very best !!

I would like to thank you for giving me my life back. Most doctors had no idea how to treat my CPH. Not only did you treat me but you went out of your way to make sure that I got a sphenopalatine neurostimulator implanted. The first one worked great and I was sad at first that it had to come out due to complications but with the second one being rechargeable and having a much longer life I was again very happy. I was able to greatly reduce the amount of medications and able to return to doing almost everything I did before I was struck down by the CPH. having you guys in my life has been the best thing anybody could ever ask for. Thank you so much.
